PRODUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION NORMS

All the pieces of equipment by TONIATTI CENTRIFUGHE are manufactured with materials suitable to meet any requirement; from normal austenitic steel, to AISI 316 L to most valued steels such as:

- AISI 940L - TITANIUM - SANICRO - MONEL
- AVESTA 254 SMO - NICHEL - HASTELLOY C22

Surfaces are finished with silking or polishing. These machines are also manufactured with protection coatings such as EBONITE, RILSAN, FIBREGLASS, but the most used coating is “HALAR” (ECTFE).

The electronics is normally employed in control systems and in control units using Inverters (frequency converters) of the last generation, powerful and low-noisy during operation, able to control emergency braking also without current, complete with reactance and anti-electromagnetic disturbance filter. International brands in the foreground supply these devices to us.

The “P” models, those destined to process flammable and explosive products are made with mechanical sealing in the upper central shaft, cooled with forced oil circulation, very effective and whose lifetime is guaranteed; the nitrogen pressure sealing is excellent and perfectly in compliance with DIN 24400.
